Atieno Odhiambo Legal Empowerment Fund

Atieno Odhiambo is a lawyer whose work has focused on human rights, democracy and governance. She is the Director of the Legal Empowerment Fund (LEF) and is currently based in Nairobi, Kenya. Prior to her role at LEF, Atieno worked at the Center for Reproductive Rights, the Chief of Party (Kenya) for Public International Law & Policy Group, and for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Kenya. She has also worked on immigrant and human rights issues in the US, with experience at Microsoft Corporation, Northwest Immigrant Rights Project and Columbia Legal Services.
